Senior Revenue Cycle Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage a new revenue cycle team. This role requires end-to-end knowledge of the US healthcare revenue cycle, including medical billing, coding, prior authorization, denial management, and insurance verification.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient processes and workflows from scratch.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of billers and coders.
Revenue Cycle Operations Management
  • Medical Billing & Coding: Ensure accurate and timely processing of medical claims.
  • Prior Authorizations: Coordinate with providers and payers to obtain necessary approvals.
  • Denials Management: Identify and resolve denials to improve revenue cycle efficiency.
  • Charge Entry & Payment Posting: Ensure accurate posting of charges and payments.
Performance Monitoring and Quality Control
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as AR days, First Pass Resolution Rate, and Denial %.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve revenue cycle efficiency.
Client Communication and Stakeholder Liaison
  • Liaise directly with stakeholders for process updates and escalations.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable management insights.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in US revenue cycle management, with 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role, and expertise in medical billing, coding, prior authorization, denial management, and insurance verification.
