Senior Business Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Business Strategist to lead our Ed-tech firm's growth and profitability.

This role involves overseeing all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations.

The successful candidate will drive the P&L of the designated branch by developing and implementing strategies to boost revenue growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability in the Ed-tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive plans to expand the customer base, increase revenue, and enhance profitability.
  2. Lead High-Performing Teams: Build and manage high-performing teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  3. Market Analysis and Development: Conduct market analysis, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  4. Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
  5. Product Development: Manage product development initiatives, from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products and services.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business objectives.
  7. Financial Management: Develop and manage the P&L for the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the Ed-tech industry is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, financial management skills, excellent leadership and management skills, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong project management skills.
