Capture Manager

Job Opportunity:

  • The Capture Manager plays a vital role in driving business growth by identifying and capturing new opportunities in both public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and execute capture strategies, including teaming, pricing, and proposal development.
  • This role involves market research, stakeholder coordination, and proposal preparation to secure new contracts.
  • You will be responsible for reviewing and qualifying RFIs and RFPs, driving the proposal process, and preparing written proposals that showcase our capabilities.
  • Maintaining reference databases and developing compliant and compelling content are also key aspects of this role.
  • A successful Capture Manager should have a strong track record of winning proposals, excellent business acumen, and analytical skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in capture management for Federal or State procurements.
  • Solid track record of winning staffing and SOW-based proposals in the Public Sector.
  • Demonstrated capability to write clear, logical, and persuasive documents.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with an understanding of cost and financials.
  • Knowledge of GSA and other Federal Schedules.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. English, Journalism, Communications).

  • Impeccable attention to detail is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize, lead, and manage multiple projects and tasks to successful completion.
  • Ability to meet planned and unplanned deadlines.
