About the Role

Job Title: Project Manager
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate and document meetings including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Monitor and track project plans, issues, and risks; consolidate updates for timely status reports.
    • Follow up with stakeholders to guarantee timely updates and resolution of blockers.
    • Elevate risks and dependencies appropriately to leadership to maintain a proactive approach.
    • Ensure accountability by assigning clear ownership for all action items to foster a culture of responsibility.
    • Support project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking to drive business outcomes.
    • Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams to deliver projects on time.

10+ Years of Experience Required

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management to drive project success.
  • Strong understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with US stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking to streamline project management.
  • Skilled in prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management to achieve project goals.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience coordinating D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations to drive business growth.
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs to gain industry insights.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments to develop adaptability and resilience.
