Project Lead: Pre-Construction Initiatives

As a Project Lead for pre-construction initiatives, you will drive successful project execution by leading our strategic approach to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Define project scope, timelines, and priorities across multiple initiatives within approved frameworks.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management efforts. Collaborate with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Progress Monitoring and Review: Monitor progress and conduct review meetings to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
  • Resource Management and Compliance: Establish baselines and oversee resource deployment, quality compliance, and time management. Ensure regulatory compliance during pre-construction phases.
  • Procurement and Logistics: Develop procurement strategies, manage RFPs, tenders, BOQs, and site deliveries. Coordinate with vendors for timely material procurement and execution.
  • Cost Analysis and Control: Conduct cost analysis, rate evaluations, and BOQ preparation to ensure accurate costing and budget control.
Requirements:
  • Experience and Skills: Proven experience in project management and pre-construction planning. Strong understanding of procurement processes and regulatory frameworks.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Project Management and Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
