Job Title: Project Head

We are seeking a seasoned project head to lead multiple renovation and fitout projects for a major client based out of Gurugram, Haryana.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing the overall project execution cycle from design through procurement and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution Cycle
  • Lead multiple renovation and fitout projects for a major client based out of Gurugram, Haryana.
  • Oversee the overall project execution cycle from design through procurement and construction.
  • Manage internal teams, designers, contractors, and vendors to achieve safe, timely, on-budget completion with international quality standards.
Key Deliverables
  • Pre-Construction:
    • Master schedule, budget, and procurement strategy preparation.
    • Construction strategy with logistics plan development.
    • Coordination with cost planning team for budget preparation.
    • Design process leadership, design reviews, value engineering, and timely design package release.
  • Programme Management:
    • Fortnightly/monthly schedule trackers preparation.
    • BOI deliveries and store management leadership.
    • Delay identification and acceleration methods proposal.
    • Risks identification and mitigation plans suggestion.
    • Client asset management team coordination on proposed shutdowns.
  • Contracts & Cost Management:
    • Tender event schedule preparation, tracking, and update.
    • Tender packages preparation, administration, and contract award coordination.
    • Change order process management.
    • Third-party QS for post-contract QS and certification of bills leadership.
    • Monthly cost report, cash flow, and budget updates preparation.
  • Construction Management:
    • Site logistics, shutdown plans, and works execution strategy supervision.
    • Design coordination between design consultants, vendors, and contractors.
    • Contractors' work progress monitoring at site and resource adequacy assessment.
    • Quality control and safety procedures implementation at site leadership.
    • Changes during execution management.
    • Project handover process to owner/operator leadership.
