As a seasoned project leader, you will oversee the successful execution of our projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely project delivery with exceptional quality and accuracy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and maintain a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review and validate work orders, bills of quantities, and drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop detailed project schedules highlighting task dependencies and critical milestones.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress remotely to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Ensure all quality and timeline requirements are met, and provide technical guidance to site supervisors as needed.
  • Collaborate with designers, customers, and internal functions to drive project success and deliver value-added results.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and address their concerns promptly to maintain a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in project management.
  • Strong project management background with 6+ years of experience and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent understanding of site execution for home renovations and ability to assess design feasibility and develop effective solutions.
  • Process-driven approach with quick problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
  • High level of ownership, learning aptitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets to analyze data and drive business decisions.
