Lead Design Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced lead design architect to join our team. Aparna Kaushik Design Group is a renowned architecture firm that seamlessly blends European classicism with modernist tropical architecture.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in luxury estates and residences, offering comprehensive design services including architecture, interiors, furniture, lighting, and product design. They will be responsible for coordinating with MEP and structure consultants, vendors, and site contractors to ensure high-quality design and construction documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with MEP and structure consultants, vendors, and site contractors
  • Maintain proper documentation of all coordination
  • Create precise technical documents for construction projects
  • Ensure high-quality design and construction documents

Requirements:

  • Expertise in building structures, structure coordination, MEP services, detailing drawings, and building codes
  • Proficiency in software such as Auto-CAD
  • Experience with luxury residential buildings and hospitality
  • Relevant team handling experience
