About the Role:

The Human Resources Manager will oversee the entire HR Function for our organization.

Key Responsibilities include managing HR Operations, Talent acquisition, Sourcing and recruiting candidates, Maintaining a smooth on-boarding process, Assessing training needs, Developing a healthy working culture within the org.

Additionally, you will Carry out necessary administrative duties, Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy, Bridge management and employee relations, and Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

Maintain pay plan and benefits program, Involve in candidate assessment, screening and profiling of the relevant profiles for the respective roles, Scheduling interviews, Briefing candidates before and after interviews, and Regular follow-up to maintain a healthy pipeline.

  • Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the department.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
