Solar Sales Executive Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Sales Executive to join our team at HTD Resources. As a Solar Sales Executive, you will be responsible for meeting and communicating with customers, providing them with information on various industrial, residential, and commercial solar systems and equipment available, and scheduling and overseeing product demos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and communicate with customers in-store and at site locations
  • Provide customers with information on various solar systems and equipment available
  • Schedule and oversee product demos
  • Understand customer solar system requirements
  • Suggest solar energy products that suit customer needs and budget
  • Arrange solar installations for customers
  • Provide customers with accurate order details and quotes
  • Communicate shipping charges and other tax-related information to customers
  • Follow up with customers about their order requirements
  • Generate and contact potential customers
  • Inform customers about promotional offers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a solar sales consultant or a similar role in the sales department
  • Complete knowledge of various solar equipment and products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel and work at flexible hours
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to offer excellent customer service
