Job OverviewWe seek a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our call center team as an After Sales & Installation Support Executive. This role involves providing exceptional support to customers throughout the solar system installation process and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch support to customers and resolve issues efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate installations and manage customer relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our international market presence.
- Identify and engage with potential international clients through various outreach methods.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in international sales.
- In-depth knowledge of solar sales, including understanding of solar products and market trends.
- Strong cold calling skills to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
- Excellent business development skills to identify new market opportunities and drive growth.
- Ability to work in a target-based environment and achieve sales goals.
