We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a pivotal role in steering our clients through their talent acquisition journey with strategic insight and unwavering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze SLAs, service quality, and delivery costs to identify areas for improvement in both quality and productivity.
- Maintain a strong external network to gather market intelligence and stay current with industry trends.
- Manage program-level financial and administrative processes to support the day-to-day management of the account.
- Lead and manage the recruitment and induction of new team members to ensure delivery capabilities are met.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the team to ensure they perform to the best of their abilities.
- Achieve contract performance KPIs and SLAs, client satisfaction scores and feedback, program budget management and performance, and team and employee engagement scores.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience delivering market-leading MSP, RPO, Total Talent, and Services Procurement Solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex data sets and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.
- Knowledge of market trends and industry developments with ability to stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
