Talent Acquisition Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a pivotal role in steering our clients through their talent acquisition journey with strategic insight and unwavering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze SLAs, service quality, and delivery costs to identify areas for improvement in both quality and productivity.
  • Maintain a strong external network to gather market intelligence and stay current with industry trends.
  • Manage program-level financial and administrative processes to support the day-to-day management of the account.
  • Lead and manage the recruitment and induction of new team members to ensure delivery capabilities are met.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the team to ensure they perform to the best of their abilities.
  • Achieve contract performance KPIs and SLAs, client satisfaction scores and feedback, program budget management and performance, and team and employee engagement scores.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience delivering market-leading MSP, RPO, Total Talent, and Services Procurement Solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex data sets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Knowledge of market trends and industry developments with ability to stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
