Key Recruitment Role:

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer roll-out, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and design effective hiring plans.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, headhunting, and campus hiring.
  • Screen resumes, conduct HR rounds, and schedule interviews with business teams.
  • Negotiate salaries, make job offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Track recruitment metrics, maintain dashboards, and provide MIS reports for leadership review.
  • Build talent pipelines, succession plans, and develop critical position requirements.
  • Recruit mid- and senior-level professionals, including PCG RM, Desk Heads, Advisors, and Support roles.

Essential Candidate Profile:

  • MBA or Graduate with 5-8 years of recruitment experience.
  • Prior experience in PCG Sales, Wealth Hiring, Bank Sales Hiring, or Broking mid-level recruitment is mandatory.
  • Strong domain knowledge of equity market hiring is essential.
  • Language proficiency: English, Kannada (Compulsory), Hindi (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven with ability to deliver under deadlines.
