**Job Title:** Virtual Relationship Manager We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, resolve customer queries efficiently, and promote our digital banking services. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to: • Engage with customers continuously, capturing interaction details accurately • Handle calls according to defined standards • Resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently • Promote digital banking services for improved customer experience • Profile customers to facilitate cross-selling of bank products • Log and resolve complaints accurately • Control customer attrition • Regularly interact with customers, assessing their needs proactively • Deepen relationships by cross-selling 'sticky' products like Demat, Bill Pay, Advisory etc. • Ensure portfolio quality while racing against eligibility • Monitor large amount movements and account closures from deposit accounts • Ensure customer retention • Achieve portfolio parameters by meeting defined objectives
