The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with at least 20 years of experience, including 5 years in a management position. They will also have sound knowledge of Indian employment law and regulations. Experience in the data center or telecom industry is highly desirable.

This is a critical role that will involve developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of internal recruiters and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. They will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure that we attract and retain top talent.
