Job Title:

Strategic Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking HR professional to spearhead all aspects of our HR operations. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and benefits.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and organizational goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of staff.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage performance review processes and work with department heads on performance improvement plans.
  • Organize training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant HR records and reports.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
