Job Title: Senior Human Resources Partner

We are seeking a senior human resources professional to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is crucial to business success, as you will ensure a happy and productive workplace where everyone works towards realizing established mission and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy to drive growth and profitability.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in fair and timely manner.
  • Manage recruitment and selection process to attract top talent and ensure diverse representation across organization.
  • Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across organization to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Nurture positive working environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and creativity among employees.
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance and rewards outstanding achievements.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program that is competitive and equitable, ensuring employees feel valued and motivated.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs that equip employees with skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics to inform strategic business decisions.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive, with track record of driving business results and improving HR processes.
  • People-oriented and results-driven, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and analytics to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases, including talent management software and HR information systems.
  • Ability to architect strategy and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of organization.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of company, fostering culture of trust and respect.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best Practices to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
