Human Resource Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource management, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and benefits administration. They will be responsible for designing and implementing effective HR programs that drive business results, while also fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS software.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Use AI tools to gain data-driven insights.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Assist in designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy workplace culture.
  • Manage and resolve employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize training & development programs to promote professional growth and career advancement.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel skills with hands-on experience for at least 2-3 years.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Macros, Pivot tables, and Power BI.
  • Ability to work with large datasets of minimum 2000+ employees.
  • Primary role will be HR MIS, with secondary responsibilities in HR Generalist activities (e.g., PMS, Recruitment, etc).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and HR tools/software.
  • Experience with HRMS systems.
  • Expertise in MS Excel and excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
