The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and enhancing the employee experience across multiple locations, including schools and corporate offices.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Engagement:
- Design, implement, and manage employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and execute an annual engagement calendar, including recognition events and team-building initiatives.
- Onboarding Experience & Employee Journey:
- Owning the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring smooth cultural assimilation.
- Maintaining an employee journey dashboard highlighting milestones, feedback, and engagement scores.
- HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Generating dashboards and reports with actionable insights for leadership.
- Partnering with stakeholders to create holistic performance dashboards that blend people insights with operational accuracy.
- Surveys & Insights:
- Designing and managing engagement, pulse, and exit surveys.
- Analyzing survey data to derive actionable insights and sharing findings with leadership.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to align engagement initiatives with organizational goals.
- Acting as a bridge between employees and HR leadership, ensuring employee voices are heard and acted upon.
- Process Improvement & Initiatives:
- Identifying and implementing process improvements in engagement and onboarding.
- Staying updated with best practices in employee experience.
