Strategic Benefits Advisor

We seek a results-driven professional to drive our team's success.

This hybrid role demands at least three days in the office. Your primary responsibility will be:

  • To assess client employee health and benefits programs, encompassing plan design, vendor relationships, and cost drivers.
  • To develop tailored recommendations to enhance benefits offerings, boost employee engagement, and control costs.
  • To analyze industry trends, emerging benefits solutions, and best practices to deliver innovative advice.
  • To identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to current clients.
  • To participate in prospecting opportunities with new clients as part of a broader sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Coordinate project plans and present periodic reports to clients.
  • Develop and manage long-term benefit strategies for clients.
  • Benchmark survey data and validate information for client plans.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted benefits advisor.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, webinars, and internal knowledge sharing on employee health and benefits topics.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills and experience in a leadership role.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools.
