Senior Employee Central Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Employee Central Consultant to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Based out of Bangalore, this role will require the individual to work closely with clients to understand their requirements and implement Employee Central solutions that meet their needs.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organizations and be able to translate business requirements into system configuration objects.
  • They will also be responsible for defining business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and creating solution designs for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution.
  • Additionally, the individual will need to have expertise in providing consulting services to global organizations in HCM best practices and assist clients in migrating to SAP HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Requirements:
  • At least 3 end-to-end implementation and 3 support projects experience in Employee Central.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of data models, XML, and business rules, with hands-on experience working with MDF, foundation objects, associations, and workflows.
  • Familiarity with Time-Off and EC payroll, with the ability to configure systems in accordance with solution design and configuration workbooks.
  • Preparation and execution of test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
  • Strong learning ability, agility, and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.
