The Role:

As a key member of our Performance Marketing team, you will be responsible for managing customer experiences, upselling/cross-selling, and maintaining high net promoter scores. You will analyze data and insights to inform customer growth strategies and drive business success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing tailored marketing solutions to achieve measurable business outcomes
  • Designing metrics and measures to evaluate ROI on our products and services
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address customer satisfaction issues and manage diverse sets of problems until resolution
  • Benchmarking industry best practices and developing strategic guidance for digital marketing initiatives
