We are seeking a highly skilled HR Compliance Coordinator to join our US Staffing Operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of employees and contractors, maintaining accurate employee records, and coordinating compliance-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding Support: Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for US-based employees and contractors, ensuring timely completion of documentation, background checks, system access, and exit formalities.
- Background Verification Coordination: Collaborate with background verification vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of screenings.
- Compliance Documentation: Maintain up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards, including I-9, E-Verify, and client-specific forms.
- MSP & Client Portal Management: Navigate various MSP portals (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline) to manage onboarding and compliance workflows, ensuring timely submission and status tracking.
- SOP & Process Documentation: Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key HR, onboarding, and compliance workflows.
- Federal & Client-Specific Compliance: Apply understanding of US federal employment regulations and client-specific guidelines to ensure process adherence across onboarding and documentation.
- Asset Return Tracking: Maintain trackers and coordinate return confirmations for client-issued equipment and assets as part of the offboarding process.
- Client & Vendor Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day communication with clients, vendors, and candidates regarding compliance, onboarding status, and documentation queries.
- Audit Readiness Support: Prepare and organize compliance records and documentation to support internal and client audits.
- Knowledge and Skills: Proven experience in HR compliance, onboarding, and document management; strong understanding of US federal employment regulations and client-specific guidelines.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR certifications a plus.
