We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting the Human Resources function in handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and coordinating with various departments.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks: Manage employee timesheets, coordinate with team leads/managers for approval, and follow up on discrepancies.
- Record Maintenance: Assist with updating employee records, both physical and digital.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.
- Event Coordination: Organize HR-related meetings, events, or training sessions.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
