Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid and Proposal Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our business development function, you will play a critical role in identifying and securing new business opportunities for our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in bid management, proposal writing, and business development within the creative industry. You will be responsible for developing winning strategies that articulate our value proposition, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bid Process Management: Manage end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification through to final submission, ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.
  • Business Development: Conduct research to influence new business opportunities and create impact on business proposals.
  • Proposal Writing: Develop high-quality, impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with global and local teams, including creative, client services, production, and technology, to align solutions with client needs.
  • Technology Adoption: Ability to implement Gen AI in research tasks & day-to-day operations.
  • Performance Metrics: Track bid performance metrics, analyse win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
  • Success Criteria: Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
  • Skills: Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills; experience with Gen AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.
  • Preferred Qualifications: MBA in Marketing, Communications, or related field; prior experience in agency pitch management or marketing procurement will be highly valued.
