Job Title: Key IT Solutions Proposal Manager

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and writing winning proposals for U.S. federal government contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee proposal development for federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders related to IT projects.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to gather requirements and craft compelling proposal sections.
  • Manage proposal schedules and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Write, edit, and review high-quality proposal content for IT solutions.
  • Coordinate proposal reviews and maintain compliance matrices and IT-focused content libraries.
  • Stay current with federal acquisition regulations and emerging IT industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in proposal management/writing in the U.S. federal bidding process for IT projects.
  • Expertise in federal procurement processes and IT compliance standards is highly desirable.
