Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Advertising Strategist to drive revenue growth by optimizing technology, integrations, and yield strategies in the programmatic ecosystem.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of our digital advertising strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute strategies to maximize yield across programmatic channels (open auction, PMP, programmatic direct).
  • Monitor eCPM, fill rates, ad load, and ad vital metrics to continuously improve monetization.
  • Analyze inventory performance and recommend structural changes (floors, packaging, taxonomy).
AdTech Integrations
  • Lead integration of SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, data partners, and header bidding solutions.
  • Drive adoption of advanced AdTech solutions (Prebid, Open Bidding, server-to-server setups).
  • Ensure smooth technical setup, QA, and troubleshooting for all partners.
Platform & Infrastructure Ownership
  • Manage and optimize ad server configurations.
  • Develop scalable solutions for AMP, mWeb, and app monetization.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement new formats and platform improvements.
Innovation & Experimentation
  • Stay ahead of industry changes.
  • Run controlled experiments and scale successful ones.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience in AdTech, Programmatic Monetization, or Yield Management.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ad Manager, Prebid, Open Bidding, and header bidding frameworks.
  • Deep knowledge of AMP, mWeb, and app monetization dynamics.
