Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This is a full-time position that requires strong command over digital advertising platforms, data-driven decision-making, and creative thinking.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in eCommerce and lead generation, and be able to manage end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization for paid media channels.

The role involves planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, YouTube).

Candidates with experience in creating compelling ad copies, visual briefings, and video scripts to enhance engagement and conversion will be preferred.

We require someone who can strategically segment audiences, run A/B tests, and use data insights to fine-tune campaigns for better ROI and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

Candidates should also have the ability to collaborate with design and UI/UX teams to ensure high-converting landing pages and funnel design.

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for interpreting campaign data and performance reports, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and new opportunities.

We are looking for candidates who stay updated with ad platform changes, industry best practices, and emerging tools/technologies.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
  • Create and refine ad copy, visual briefings, and video scripts.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for performance tracking and attribution setup.
  • Strategically segment audiences, run A/B tests, and use data insights to fine-tune campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design and UI/UX teams to ensure high-converting landing pages and funnel design.
  • Interpret campaign data and performance reports, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and new opportunities.
