Role Overview

As a Performance Marketer at Spinta Digital, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns across various channels and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Facebook Ads Manager. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets effectively across campaigns, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum impact.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to identify the most effective ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital agency environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ads, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
