Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for small businesses in North America.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Launch and manage Google Performance Max campaigns to drive real leads, revenue growth, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Target local and regional small businesses in the USA using a data-driven approach.
  • Optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience targeting, and bidding strategies for maximum performance.
  • Provide weekly reports and actionable insights on campaign performance, including cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-lead (CPL), ROAS, lead quality, and conversion rates.
  • Own campaign performance and be responsible for hitting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and sales.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory Google Ads Certification.
  • Proven experience running Performance Max campaigns for small businesses.
  • Strong understanding of North American small business segments and customer behavior.
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for max performance.
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and scaling budgets.
  • Strong communication, English proficiency, and ownership of results.
