Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and hire top talent for IT and Non-IT roles within the manufacturing and defense sectors.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of skilled professionals for future hiring needs.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing techniques, including online job portals, networking, industry events, and professional groups.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to provide guidance on recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
  • Conduct regular updates and meetings with stakeholders to discuss recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to reduce time-to-fill and enhance candidate experience.
  • Leverage recruitment tools and technology for data-driven hiring decisions and efficient team workflows.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience required, minimum of 5 years of experience at a supervisory level in recruitment, with proven experience in both IT and Non-IT talent acquisition.
  • Prior experience managing a team of recruiters, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry background in manufacturing or defense is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in recruitment tools and systems, with strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
