Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Planning Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for forecasting technical resource needs, building and maintaining structured resource plans, and analyzing technical skill sets.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to work effectively with engineering and project teams, and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecast technical resource needs and develop strategic resource plans.
  • Analyze technical skill sets and identify capability gaps.
  • Support talent-to-project mapping and partner with project managers to evaluate resource implications on scope and delivery.
  • Prepare resource utilization reports and insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to predictive forecasting models to anticipate future demands.
