Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist with a minimum of 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience. This role requires a professional who is knowledgeable in HR policies and procedures, adept at handling employee inquiries, and committed to maintaining a compliant and effective HR operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including new hire onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies.
- HR Support & Compliance: Provide daily support to employees and managers on a range of HR-related topics. You will also assist in ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and company policies.
- Talent Management: Support the talent acquisition process by assisting with recruitment activities, and contribute to performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) with a high degree of accuracy and assist in generating reports as needed for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA Preferred.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in an HR role, with hands-on experience in areas such as employee relations, benefits, or compliance.
- Foundational knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
