Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant, located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for daily administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing HR documents, updating HRIS, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with benefits administration. The role involves supporting the HR team in implementing effective HR management strategies and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
  • Experience in coordinating and managing Training sessions
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in an HR role is an asset
