Project Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled project planning specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of water supply projects, including STP, WTP, Water schemes, and 24*7 water supply projects.
  • Establish work programs and target milestones as per project plans.
  • Catalyze the planning strategy and monitor critical activities based on project schedules.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress to project management.
  • Assist in leading and driving business strategy.
  • Monitor day-to-day work progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience in project planning or a related field.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. They should also have a keen eye for detail and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
