To excel as a culinary professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in South Indian, Chinese, Mughlai, or Awadhi cuisine and be able to train and supervise junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Precision is key when preparing and cooking dishes with authenticity and consistency, managing mise-en-place and daily food preparation while ensuring portion control, plating standards, and hygiene compliance.

  2. Train and supervise junior staff members in techniques, recipes, and kitchen safety, monitoring inventory and assisting in requisitions.

  3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following established standards and procedures.

  • Prepare ingredients, basic sauces, and garnishes as part of your responsibilities.

  • Cook standard menu items under guidance, ensuring mise-en-place is ready for service and maintaining kitchen hygiene and following SOPs.

  • Wash, peel, chop, and store ingredients, assist with mise-en-place and stock rotation, and follow instructions to learn basic cooking methods.

  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, dishwashing support if needed, and develop knowledge of assigned cuisine.
