About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Manager to lead our kitchen team.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain a high level of food quality and presentation while ensuring efficient operations. This involves analyzing menus, recipes, and production processes to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

This position requires strong leadership skills to motivate and train staff, as well as excellent communication skills to work effectively with senior management and other departments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, preferably in a luxury hospitality establishment or upscale cruise line, with experience in managing a team and making decisions under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced culinary skills, leadership, and experience
  • Minimum of 8 years in the profession (Quality Hotels and Restaurants)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role in a well-recognized luxury hospitality establishment or upscale cruise line
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Ability to lead and make decisions
  • Good administrative skills
  • Experienced in coaching subordinates
  • Cruise Ship Experience/ 5 star Hotel
Preferred Skills:
  • Fluency in additional language(s)
