Job Opportunity:

Physiotherapy Principal

We are seeking a distinguished academic and administrative leader to oversee our Physiotherapy College, ensuring excellence in teaching, clinical practice, research, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Academic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement academic programs aligned with regulatory requirements and University norms.
    • Supervise curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and continuous assessment.
    • Guide faculty in research, publications, and participation in academic forums.
    • Ensure effective clinical training and integration with services.
  • Administrative & Managerial:
    • Oversee day-to-day administration of the Physiotherapy College/Department.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies.
    • Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff performance.
    • Prepare budgets, manage resources, and ensure infrastructure adequacy.
  • Quality & Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to accreditation standards and quality benchmarks.
    • Maintain proper records of academic, clinical, and administrative activities.
    • Facilitate audits, inspections, and approvals from governing bodies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build collaboration with healthcare institutions, universities, and professional organizations.
    • Organize workshops, conferences, and events to enhance learning exposure.
    • Engage with parents, students, and alumni to strengthen institutional reputation.
