We are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to lead our Whitefield clinic, manage a high-performing team, and drive both clinical excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Whitefield Clinic.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of physiotherapists to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Drive both clinical  and revenue  targets for the center.
  • Manage a large and diverse patient base, ensuring patient satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee scheduling, case management, and treatment planning.
  • Implement best practices in clinical protocols and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT ) – preferably in Musculoskeletal Sciences  or Sports Science .
  • Minimum 5 years' experience  as a Senior Physiotherapist, with proven ability as a Clinic Manager or Team Lead.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team of physiotherapists and handling a busy outpatient setup.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and patient-handling capabilities.
