Job Title: Junior Physiotherapist

The role of a Junior Physiotherapist is to assist senior physiotherapists in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their physical conditions, range of motion, strength, and functional abilities.
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with senior physiotherapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting specific goals and objectives for patients' rehabilitation.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Administer therapeutic exercises, techniques, and modalities to improve patients' physical functioning, reduce pain, and enhance mobility.
  • Assistive Devices: Recommend and demonstrate the use of assistive devices such as crutches, canes, or wheelchairs to improve patients' mobility and independence.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their caregivers on proper exercise techniques, self-management strategies, and preventive measures to support their recovery and well-being.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document patients' progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Educational Qualifications: A degree in physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and excellent problem-solving skills.
