**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. Initial Assessment**: Conducting thorough assessments to understand the patient's current physical condition, including range of motion, strength, and functional limitations.

**2.Individualized Plans**: Creating customized exercise programs tailored to each patient's specific needs, goals, and limitations.
- **Exercise Prescription**: Designing a variety of exercises, including strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, and balance exercises.
- **Program Supervision**: Overseeing and guiding patients through their exercise programs, ensuring proper form and technique.

**3. Progress Tracking**: Monitor patient/athlete progress, updating the Supervisor on injuries, treatment, and progress.

**4. Appointment Management**: Maintain punctuality and diligence for all appointments, informing the concerned person of any delays or cancellations.

**5. Comprehensive Assessments**: Conduct thorough assessments for new patients, identifying specific needs and goals, and developing personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices.

**6. Patient Scheduling**: Oversee new patient bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely appointments.

**7. Personalized Conditioning Plans**: Assess patient readiness for advanced exercises and conditioning programs, designing and implementing personalized plans, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as needed.

**8. Collaborative Care**: Create comprehensive treatment plans incorporating sports massage therapy, personalized nutrition guidance, and collaboration with sports nutritionists and massage therapists for holistic care.

**9. Progress Updates**: Regularly update senior physiotherapists on patient progress, seeking guidance before initiating new processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
