Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Bengaluru. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with clinic standards. The role will also involve financial management, performance monitoring, and implementing strategic plans to drive the clinic's growth and patient satisfaction. The Branch Manager will collaborate with physiotherapists to ensure seamless service delivery and patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in healthcare management and operations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Prior experience in physiotherapy or rehabilitation services is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field
