Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Front Desk Staff at our Bengaluru locations. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for performing receptionist duties such as greeting and assisting patients, managing phone calls, and scheduling appointments. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, embodying the clinic's commitment to compassionate and high-quality patient care.

  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
