Job Title: Program Lead – Physiotherapist

Location: Bangalore

Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel as per program needs

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physiotherapist to lead and manage our (IEC) programs as well as therapeutic activities. The Program Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring physiotherapy-based interventions, awareness programs, and capacity-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IEC programs related to health, rehabilitation, and physiotherapy.
  • Plan, design, and conduct therapeutic sessions and interventions for beneficiaries.
  • Supervise and guide therapy teams to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Develop training modules, educational materials, and awareness campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate program impact, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to professional standards, ethical practices, and organizational policies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in physiotherapy-related projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution.
  • 5–8 years of experience in physiotherapy practice, with exposure to program management preferred.
  • Strong understanding of rehabilitation, therapeutic techniques,
  • Experience in IEC program planning, health education, or community awareness initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and travel as per program requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
