\The ideal candidate will possess a doctoral degree in Physiotherapy or a related field and be responsible for:

- Fostering strategic partnerships and collaborations\
- Mentoring and supervising faculty members\
- Overseeing program operations and resources\
- Cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement\
- Engaging with industry stakeholders and promoting the university's research and education initiatives\
- Staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices in healthcare education and administration\
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals\
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, government agencies, and community organizations\
- Providing thought leadership on issues related to healthcare education and administration\
- Identifying opportunities for growth and development within the organization\
- Maintaining accurate records and reports as required\
- Performing other duties as assigned\
- Fostering a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect\
- Supporting the development of diverse and inclusive learning environments\
- Ensuring that all activities and decisions align with the university's mission and values\
- Representing the university at national and international conferences and events\

- Encouraging and supporting students' participation in research and scholarly activities\
