About the Position

The ideal candidate will possess a doctoral degree in Physiotherapy or a related field and be responsible for:

• Mentoring and supervising faculty members\
• Overseeing program operations and resources\
• Cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement\
• Engaging with industry stakeholders and promoting the university's research and education initiatives\
• Staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices in healthcare education and administration\
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals\
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, government agencies, and community organizations\
• Providing thought leadership on issues related to healthcare education and administration\
• Identifying opportunities for growth and development within the organization\
• Maintaining accurate records and reports as required\
• Performing other duties as assigned\

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to enhance program quality and student satisfaction\
• Working closely with faculty members to develop and deliver high-quality educational programs\
• Fostering a culture of academic integrity and honesty\
• Encouraging and supporting students' participation in research and scholarly activities\
• Supporting the development of innovative educational programs and technologies\
• Developing and delivering training programs for faculty members and staff\
• Engaging with alumni and industry partners to promote the university's brand and reputation\
• Participating in fundraising and development efforts to secure financial support for the university's research and education initiatives\
• Mentoring and guiding students in their research and academic pursuits\
