Academic Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to assume the role of Associate Dean. As a key member of our academic team, you will play a vital part in shaping the future of our faculty.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background and a proven track record of leadership and management experience. They will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the faculty, ensuring that all academic programs meet the highest standards, and providing guidance and support to faculty members.

About the Role:
  • Assist the Dean and Principal in the management and enhancement of academic programs
  • Ensure smooth implementation of academic programs within the faculty
  • Supervise the regularity of all academic sessions
  • Maintain proper decorum and quality of teaching in all classes
  • Encourage students to engage in research projects and publish their work
  • Work closely with the Dean and IQAC to ensure continuous improvement of academic programs
Requirements:
  • Master's in Physiotherapy or related field
  • 15 years total experience, including 5 years as Professor (Physiotherapy)
  • D. in any discipline of Physiotherapy recognized by the UGC and published
