**Job Title:** Associate Dean",**Job Description:",An Associate Dean plays a crucial role in managing the academic, research, and extension programs within a faculty or institute. They assist the Dean in achieving strategic vision through efficient operations.",**Required Skills and Qualifications:**",I. Master's degree in Physiotherapy with 15 years of total experience, including 5 years as Professor (Physiotherapy).",II. Higher qualification like Ph.D. in any discipline of Physiotherapy recognized by the UGC and published work of high standard in peer-reviewed journals.",",**Key Responsibilities:**",1. Assist the Dean in the management and enhancement of academic and administrative functions.",2. Ensure smooth implementation of academic programs, coordinating with departments to ensure curricula are up-to-date.",3. Supervise regularity of all academic sessions across constituent colleges.",4. Maintain proper decorum and quality of teaching in all classes and labs.",5. Implement protocols for examinations conducted by the university.",6. Assist Principals and Vice Principals in analyzing department-wise teaching load and determining need for additional teachers.",7. Promote research activities within the faculty, encouraging faculty and students to engage in research projects.",8. Serve as member of academic committees, providing input and guidance on agenda items.",9. Ensure timely preparation and circulation of Board of Studies and Faculty Meetings proceedings.",10. Establish connections with industry professionals, alumni, and academic partners for collaborative projects.",11. Work closely with the Dean and IQAC to evaluate and improve academic programs.",12. Maintain repository of data on faculty members, including their academic credentials and professional experience.",13. Hold regular meetings with Principals and Vice Principals to identify challenges related to teaching and learning process.",14. Conduct periodic meetings with students to gather feedback on teaching-learning process.",15. Ensure regular update of faculty-related data on the university website.
