Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Course Counselor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective students, providing them with expert advice on our courses and addressing their queries over phone calls or in-person meetings.
  • Conduct Course Counseling Sessions, including school tours, to deliver detailed information about the school and courses we offer.
  • Maintain regular follow-up communication with prospects, focusing on resolving queries, providing solutions, and offering relevant information.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team, actively participating in periodic meetings to discuss strategies, share insights, and contribute to the team's success.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You should have strong counselling proficiency and the ability to understand and address the needs, aspirations, and concerns of prospective students.
  • Target-oriented and focused: You should be driven by goals and maintain a sharp focus on achieving them.
