Job Overview

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about helping students build their careers in healthcare while achieving their own growth targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls with prospective students to provide them with expert career guidance and support.
  • Convert webinar attendees & registered leads into full-course admissions by effectively communicating the benefits of our programs.
  • Conduct structured counselling sessions to understand students' goals & suggest the right course based on their interests and career aspirations.
  • Explain program benefits, career outcomes & scholarship opportunities clearly to students.
  • Manage CRM tools (lead tracking, follow-ups, payments, EMI schedules) to ensure seamless communication with students and efficient programme management.
  • Achieve daily calling targets (200+) and monthly admission goals by working closely with Team Leaders to improve conversion rates.
  • Share reminders & follow-up messages on WhatsApp, email & calls to stay connected with students and ensure timely communication.
  • Build trust by explaining career roadmap (earn ₹30K–₹50K/month after certification) and providing students with a clear understanding of the potential rewards of pursuing a career in healthcare.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in EdTech / Sales / Counselling / BPO to possess the necessary skills and expertise to succeed in this role.
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) to effectively interact with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong persuasion & objection-handling ability to convince students to pursue a career in healthcare.
  • Comfortable with daily call targets & revenue goals to drive business growth and achieve success.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business & basic Excel to efficiently manage student interactions and data.
  • Passion for education & healthcare sector is a plus to bring energy and enthusiasm to this role.
