Position Overview Job Title Infrastructure Engineering Advisor - Enterprise Client ComputingThe Infrastructure Engineer Advisor will serve as a member of the Cigna Client Engineering team, providing operations and engineering support solutions in a Fortune 20 enterprise.  This position will join a team of engineers responsible for product ownership and management of a wide variety of tools across the Cigna IT department. This includes collaboration with several different teams across Cigna IT, ultimately delivering an industry-leading colleague experience for Cigna employees and contractors.  Job Overview:< >Perform troubleshooting and resolution of advanced technical problems handed off from lower-level support teams.Provide innovative technical solutions to unique and challenging problems within a large enterprise.Implement advanced technical solutions as designed and handed off from engineering teams.After-hours work may be required when implementing technical solutions for the enterprise.Participate in an on-call rotation with a number of other individuals to provide 24/7 operational coverage of the enterprise.Collaborate with other teams in the pursuit of large common goals within the greater enterprise.Able to understand interdependence between various disparate systems/environments and be able to evaluate issues and changes for potential impacts.
